An one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially conference negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

• Academics and Presenters Fee is applicable to all presenters and academics. The fee is inclusive of access to all sessions of the main Conference, Conference Proceedings, daily Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
• Student Fee is applicable for students who do not present papers. It is inclusive of access to all sessions of the main Conference, Conference Proceedings, daily Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Welcome Reception. Conference Dinner is not included in the above fee and can be purchased separately under Step. 4 Additional Options.
• Doctoral Symposium Only Registration is applicable for graduate Students and is inclusive of the participation for the day of Doctoral Symposium, coffee breaks and lunch on the day.
• Industry Member Fee is applicable for attendees with Industry affiliation. The fee is inclusive of access to all sessions of the main Conference, Conference Proceedings, daily Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner.
